Beemo is the AI implementation partner for independent RIAs and wealth management firms. We deploy AI agents directly inside each firm's cloud environment and existing tools, automating operations that used to require armies of people or $500K consulting engagements.

We're an early-stage, profitable company scaling fast in a market that's on fire right now. We already work with major independent RIAs managing billions in client assets. You'd be stepping into active client engagements from day one as one of our first engineering hires.

The Role

You'll be embedded with client firms, understanding their operations, building automations, and deploying AI agents inside their environments. Think Palantir's Forward Deployed Engineers, but for wealth management.

This is NOT a sit-in-the-back-office-and-code role. You'll be on client calls, translating business problems into technical solutions, and shipping production systems that advisors and ops teams use every day. You'll own client outcomes end-to-end: scoping, building, deploying, and making sure it actually works in production.

You're not just doing client work. Every deployment feeds the platform that makes the next one faster.

What You'll Do

Own client implementations end-to-end: scoping, building, deploying, and supporting in production
Design and deploy AI agents that learn each firm's operations: meeting prep, client communications, data analysis
Deploy and configure automations in client Azure tenants
Build integrations between CRMs, custodians, financial planning tools, and internal systems
Join client calls, run discovery, and translate pain points into implementation plans
Work directly with the CEO and President to shape the delivery process
Turn individual client wins into reusable templates that accelerate future deployments

A Typical Week

Monday: Kick off a new Salesforce automation for a $5B RIA, scope requirements on a call with their ops team
Tuesday: Build and test Azure Logic Apps for automated meeting follow-ups, push to staging
Wednesday: Deploy an email triage workflow for an existing client, train their team on how it works
Thursday: Debug an integration issue between a CRM and a custodian data feed, ship a fix same-day
Friday: Document what you built as a reusable pattern, demo to the team

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

2+ years hands-on with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory, Power Automate, or similar)
Experience building with AI/LLM APIs (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI). You'll be deploying AI agents, not just traditional automations.
Comfortable on client calls. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
Self-directed. You'll own entire client relationships, not just tickets.
Bias toward action. Ship first, polish later.

Strong pluses

Experience with Salesforce (admin, Flows, Apex, or integrations)
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
Understanding of compliance/regulatory environments (SEC, FINRA)
API integration experience (REST, webhooks, data pipelines)
